I'm excited to share my recent Q&A with ReStyle Source, an online destination for discovering local talent in remodeling, design, photography, and more. In it, I share my current insta-crushes, favorite design details, styles I'd love to grow into trends, and entrepreneurial advice. When it comes to discussing my business and day-to-day life, I can't begin the conversation without sharing my mantra: Start living your passion! The moment I left my former career and picked up a camera, I finally felt like I was living and working with purpose. Try it—contentedness looks good on you.
Playrooms aren’t just for the kids, you know! In Memphis, I shot designer Sean Anderson’s recent project, a light, bright, and multi-functional playroom. The idea? Design a space that the family can grow into! Which means keeping the furniture classic and durable, the floor open with space for toys and tiny bare feet, and creating a workspace for Mom and Dad. Check, check, and check.
I'm excited to be featured on MyDomaine discussing my favorite ways to style an outdoor living space. One of my favorite things about outdoor spaces is their multi-functionality--use your patio as either a cozy place to unwind with a good book or as the quintessential entertaining spot. My go-to styling trick is to bring the indoors, well, outside! The key is to incorporate rich-textured fabrics, patterned throw blankets, and even coffee table books. And of course, don't forget a tray full of cocktails and sweet snacks. Cheers to warmer weather! I am honored to be in excellent company with Emily Henderson, Consort Design, Amanda Barnes, Leanne Ford, and Black B and Design as we all are sharing our tips and tricks for the Spring. Xx

It was an honor to be featured on Beauty Refined MD discussing my path to success. My cancer diagnosis encouraged me to switch career tracks, and I'm immensely glad that I did. I learned that it's okay to let things go and to not worry about everything. Though running my own business is tough (and the hustle is real!), I'm still doing what I love day in and day out. My path has been filled with its share of ups, downs, and surprises, but surrounding myself with supportive friends, hardworking creatives, and female entrepreneurs has made all the difference.
