Alyssa highlights creative entrepreneurs with old and new ties to the South spanning from the West to East Coast Nationally. The New Southern is focused on community, creativity and connection. Alyssa's mission is paving the way for the next generation of creatives and artisians, leaving the South and the country at large as a place of inclusion and creative prosperity. Alyssa’s work with The New Southern aims to spotlight this progressive flux and those that are behind the movement, using her wide social reach, robust website content, and personal connection to her followers to share the movement’s ethos. The New Southern will be available to the public in the form of a coffee table book slated for fall 2020. Additionally, Alyssa is the face of a shoe company aimed to empower women with Naturalizer's 2019 "Today We Will" Campaign.
